Fun “The Boss” hit and played his entire “The River” album as many had hoped. Newspapers reviewers celebrates return after Bruce Springsteen concert at Ullevi, but this time not with honors.

Many had hoped that the agency would get their very own “river” -konsert during this summer’s third and final Ullevi concert, and the jubilation when Springsteen, after tonight’s initial “Meet me in the City”, told us that this would be so was deafening.

“a perfect finish to a, collectively, radiant Ullevi triple,” writes Expressen’s Anders Nunstedt and give the concert, the second highest rating .

“After 35 songs and over three and a half hour show is twice the feelings in the chest, then Bruce thanked for the summer and shouted” I want to thank Sweden! We love you! “. In their moments, he is still the world’s best live performer.” he writes.

“dark sides”

“Album Shows like tonight have understood their dark sides,” writes Göteborgs-Posten Tobias Holmgren, who, like other critics think it pulls down the tempo, the element of surprise and the big picture . He gives Springsteen four of five. The best was the “arena destroyer ‘Twist and Shout’ end, at last!” He writes.

Even Aftonbladet’s Markus Larsson gives the “boss” the second-highest rating:

“It is not every day you get to hear rarities like ‘the Price you pay’, ‘Wreck on the Highway’ and ‘point blank’ during the same gig. and the latter may be the absolute highlight during Springsteen’s three evenings at Ullevi. ” he writes.

Records Attendance

He also celebrates what happened after the last “River” -The song faded out, “then it is a completely different band standing on the stage,” writes he said, and “the final uproar can not describe it.”

Springsteen rushed down to the crowd and picked up a large banner he unfurled along with Steven Van Zandt:

“it’s time for the stage breaker “.

64 959 people watched the concert at Ullevi. This means that a record number of 190,336 saw him in total over the three days in Gothenburg. More visitors than he has ever had during a tour of Sweden.
