– Jeanette was a warm, funny and irreverent personality. She carried on an air of an older time eccentricity but was absolutely contemporary, says Dagens Nyheter’s cultural section Björn Wiman.
Jeanette Bonnier sat on the board of Dagens Nyheter and Expressen. She was also the initiator of Bonniers Konsthall opened in 2006.
She has said that her relatives will not inherit her stake in the Bonnier. The legacy will go to a foundation that each year will distribute a return of several million to artists, scientists and persecuted journalists.
