For a short period he changed his name to Black.

it was in March 2013 that Melodifestivalen Current Tommy Nilsson changed its name to the little cooler Black.
Several media wrote about the name change and the authenticity speculation in social media.
But the truth came out. Tommy’s new name was not Black. For it was just part of a chocolate advertising.
The idea was that Tommy would be called Black in a week but already after a day interrupted coup. The company had received enough attention.

In an interview with Aftonbladet spoke Tommy out of lie and how nice it was to reveal the truth.
– I had a fat pillow embarrassed all the time in 24 hours. At the same time, I thought: damn what fun people have, he said then.
Despite the short confusion was the artist satisfied with the campaign but opened for an apology to disappointed fans.
Tommy Nilsson competed in tonight’s round of the Eurovision song Contest together with Patrik Isaksson and Marty Robbins with the song “Hold my heart hard.”
