They can get the Little August Prize – Vasterbotten Courier

was established in 1989 by the Swedish Publishers’ Association to reward the best newly published books in Swedish every year.

will be awarded in three categories; This year’s Swedish literary book, this year’s Swedish non-fiction, and this year’s Swedish children’s and young adult book.

The prize consists of 100 000 and a bronze statuette of Michael Fare.

This year’s prize will be awarded on August Gala 23 November.
