The National’s new album is taking shape – Swedish Dagbladet

– We met in New York for a couple of months ago, and we’ll meet again in Los Angeles in a few weeks. So far we have 30 låtskisser says frontman Matt Berninger in an interview with NME.

He also says guitarist Aaron Dessner given the unfinished songs work names downloaded from the cities in the state of New York.

– Previously, he temporarily named songs after the civil war. The songs that ended up on “Trouble Will Find Me” was named after our friends’ children, says Berninger.

When the new The National disk may be published is unclear. “Trouble Will Find Me,” the band’s latest album, came in 2013.

Matt Berninger’s fall also came up as one half of the duo El Vy, whose debut album is released in October.
