HOLLYWOOD Bill Cosby can exhale.
The 77-year-old comedian and TV personality avoid prosecution.
Judy Huths rape allegations were too old .
Huth went to the police for less than two weeks ago. She stated that she was 15 when she in 1974 was raped by Cosby in Los Angeles.
But the prosecutor dismissed the case because the limitation period expired.
Huth claimed that Cosby filled with her beer while they played billiards in the Playboy Mansion. Then he led her to a bedroom where he extorted sex.
The days before Huth police reported Cosby she sued him for sexual abuse. Cosby lawyers state that Huth ten years ago tried to squeeze comedian at nearly two million that she wanted to not sue him and sell his story to American magazines.
The Cosby lawyers are now demanding that the atmosphere should be dismissed.
In addition Huth has more than 20 women accused Cosby of having drugged and abused them.
